The Petition is already disposed of by order dated 28th March, 2022.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, spb/

2/2 6wp-1888-22.doc we extend the time to file the Application for regularization by the Petitioner by a further period of three weeks from today. We are told by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that there was some issue raised by the Respondent Corporation as regards "No Objection Certificate" from the earlier Architect of the Petitioner.

We accept the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent Corporation that if the Petitioner meets the Executive Engineer, Building Proposal, K-Ward, the issue of change of Architect would be sorted out expeditiously so that the Regularization Application can be made by the Petitioner.

The other timelines in the order dated 28th March, 2022 shall stand extended accordingly for a further period of three weeks.
