The above Writ Petition was heard on 30th January, 2020 and on that day, we had informed the Advocates for the parties that we will be dismissing the Writ Petition. However, upon going through the papers in detail at the time of dictation of the order, we had several queries which were required to be addressed by the parties. The same could not be done in view of the pandemic and the Petitioners being of advanced age and having several medical problems. 2.

The matter is therefore placed today under the caption 'for Directions'. We have put several questions to the Advocates for the parties as well as the Petitioners who are present before us along with their son. The Advocate for the Petitioners is of the view that if liberty is granted to the Petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition on the ssp 1/2

wp 1626 of 2019.doc same cause of action, he shall withdraw the above Writ Petition and file a fresh Writ Petition. In view thereof, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Petition on the same cause of action. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
