Counsel for Applicant. Ld. Counsel for Applicant submitted that Petition filed for grant of Probate, is uncontested.
Affidavit in Support reveals that Ld.
Advocate for Applicant received original Will and court fees, but Ld. Advocate failed to submit it with the Registry within time, therefore, Petition was rejected.
As Petition is uncontested, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted as sufficient reason for allowing instant Chamber Order. Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
Applicant and/or his Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.
