By an order dated 29th February 2016, the defendants were granted conditional leave to defend, the condition being deposit a sum of Rs.1,52,92,154/- within a period of eight weeks. The plaintiff has filed a Non-Deposit Certificate issued by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay dated 22nd July 2016. The counsel for the plaintiff states that he has checked the records and as on date the defendants have not deposited the amount as directed by this Court as pre-condition for granting leave to defend.

In view of the above, the suit stands decreed. The plaintiff is also entitled to costs in the sum of Rs.50,000/-.

Decree be drawn up accordingly.
