Both these chamber summons have been taken out by the Respondent to substitute the name of the Applicant herein i.e. Reliance Asset Reconstruction Company Limited as Trustee of "RARC 026 Trust" in place of V.A. Tikam 1/2
CHS 724 of 2017 & 726 of 2017.doc M/s. Reliance Capital Limited which is presently shown as a sole Respondent.

This need for substitution of the Respondent in both chamber summons has arisen on account of deed of assignment dated 30th December, 2016. By the aforesaid deed of assignment, the rights, title and interest arising in favour of the original Respondent -Reliance Capital Limited, now stands assigned to the Applicant.

Mrs. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners (Respondents in the chamber summons) has no objection to the chamber summons being allowed.

Both the chamber summons are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of. No order as to costs.
