This is a petition for Letters and Administration to the property and credits of late Kanti Satchidanand Karnik, who died at Thane on 28 May 2015. There is no contest to the petition. The grant has already been issued on 29 February 2016. By this Judge's Order, the Petitioner now seeks leave to sell the immovable property referred to in it and forming part of the estate for which Letters of Administration has been granted to him at or for a consideration of Rs.59,00,000/- and as per the terms and conditions set out in the draft Memorandum of Understanding annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. The Petitioner is the only heir and legal representative of the deceased entitled to estate of the deceased. The application is, accordingly, allowed. A Judge's Order in this behalf is separately signed.
