The Application seeks recall of a winding up order on the ground that the disputes between Petitioning Creditor and the Respondent company have been settled. The Official Liquidator had issued a public notice inviting claims against the company in liquidation. The last date for receipt of the claims was 21 August 2015. It is confirmed by the Official Liquidator that no claims have been received. The Application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The costs of liquidation, which is quantified at Rs.25,000/-, shall be paid by the Applicant to the Official Liquidator. Out of an amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the Applicant towards the costs of advertisement charges, the Official Liquidator had incurred expenses of Rs.17,300/-. The balance amount of Rs.7,700/- shall be adjusted towards the costs. ( S.C.GUPTE J. ) Pg 1 of 1
