This Motion is for interim injunction in a copyright infringement suit. The Plaintiff's application for ad-interim reliefs has been rejected by a speaking order passed by this Court on 12 April 2010. On the last occasion, when the Motion came up for hearing, none appeared for the Plaintiff. As a last chance, the Motion was adjourned to 22 December 2014. It was made clear that no adjournment would be granted on the next date. Even today when the matter is called out, none appears for the Plaintiff. The Notice of Motion is dismissed for default.
