1] The Consent Terms under the signature of the Petitioner and Respondent alongwith their Advocates dated 25.11.2022 are placed on record.

(1)IAL-13837-2022.doc 2] The Consent Terms set out the terms and conditions subject to which parties are agreed and confirmed to the settlement of their disputes and differences which are subject matter of the Petition instituted before this Court. The terms of settlement are set out in Para 5 to 7. Para 8 contain specific submission to which the parties have agreed that till time they report entire process is completed, the Petitioner shall be entitled to use and fly vehicles three in number in the manner in which they desire to do so.
3] In the wake of mutual arrangement worked out between the parties, which also include the arrangement arrived in Para 2 as regards FIR No.141/2021 registered with Boisar Police Station, the Petition deserves to be disposed off.
4] Needless to state that both the parties are bound by the terms of Consent Terms which are filed before the Court. 5] In the wake of above, Petition and Interim application are disposed of.
