The Receiver's report is for discharge without passing of accounts. The suit has already been decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). However, there was no specific order for discharge of the Court Receiver. Since the suit has already been decreed, the Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts, but on payment of costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver. The costs of and incidental to the report is fixed at Rs.3000/-. The Plaintiff is directed to deposit the costs in the office of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from today.

The Court Receiver's report is disposed of.
