Pursuant to the order of 22nd May 2017, on 14th July 2017 this Court issued a show cause notice. The matter was then adjourned on 11th August 2017 and 15th September 2017, when the Respondents sought time for a Reply. There is no Affidavit in Reply filed.

However by an order of 25th April 2017, the Court Receiver was appointed and required to make a site visit to the two premises to take possession/custody of sign boards, banners, hoardings and other material and to hand these over to the Petitioner. This has been done.

In view of this the contempt notice will not survive. It is discharged.

The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing accounts but on the Petitioner paying his costs, charges and expenses.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms.
