Government Resolution dated 3P' January 2001 issued by the State of Maharashtra bearing number 2004072617304600, appointed/ absorbed as a permanent full-time Assistant Teacher in the Respondent College w.e.f. March 2023 and shall consequently be entitled to receive his salary as a permanent full-time Assistant Teacher of the Respondent College and that his services in the Respondent College will be deemed to be in continuous service w.e.f. his date of initial appointment i.e. 2"^ July 2012 ("Proposal").
The Respondent College shall within 2 weeks 2.
from filing these present consent terms forward the said Proposal for approval to the Respondent No. 3 and take all steps and meet ! respond to all queries that may be raised by the Respondent No. 3 on that behalf.
The Respondent No.3 shall process the said 3.
Proposal for approval of the Petitioner as permanent full time Assistant Teacher as per law within 1 month of the receipt of the aforesaid Proposal. After grant of approval, the Respondent No 1&2 hereby undertakes to send salary bills to the Respondent No.3 in respect of the Petitioner as permanent full time Assistant Teacher since it is a fully aided college wherein salaries are paid by the Dy. Director of Education.
The Petitioner further undertakes to this Hon'ble 4.
Court that the Petitioner will not claim salary as a permanent full time Assistant Teacher nor raise any Claim, Demand, Financial or otherwise from the Respondent No, 1 & 2.
The Petitioner hereby declares, confirms and 5.
undertakes that upon the said Proposal being accepted by the Respondent No. 3 and ! or its statutory machineries, all his disputes demands and claims shall be deemed to have been fully and finally settled in all respects and that there will not remain any pending dues, demands or claims
financial or otherwise against the Respondents No.l & 2.
Subject to the above, the right of the Petitioner to 6.
the post of full time Asst. Teacher will always survive & be enforceable against the Respondent No.3 for which purpose the Respondents No.l &2 will extend full co-operation & not raise any objections in this regard.
The Petition to stand disposed off in view of the 7.
