Accepted. Issuance of proclamation is dispensed with. Petitioner seeks legal heirship certificate under section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827, in respect of one Sanjay Eknath Chavan, who expired on 4th August 2020. Copy of the death certificate is annexed at Exhibit A to the petition.

Petitioner is the son of the deceased. Deceased has left behind three other legal heirs Sanjali Sanjay Chavan, Vibhav Sanjay Chavan and Raj Sanjay Chavan. Petitioner has not filed any other petition for heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed. There is no impediment to grant of relief. This heirship certificate is required to enable petitioner to submit to the concerned authorities of General Stamp Office for the purpose of Meera Jadhav:- This order has been corrected pursuant to the speaking to the minutes of order dated 2 nd September 2021

2/2 31.mpt-96-21.order-2.doc entering the name of legal heirs of deceased before competent authority to get job on compassionate basis as required by the authorities, as well as for various other purposes where this can be used. Deceased used to be an employee with the General Stamp Office, Mumbai as Peon. The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of Sanjali Sanjay Chavan, Vibhav Sanjay Chavan and Raj Sanjay Chavan. All to act on authenticated copy of this order. (K.R.
