Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the Notification dated 19.09.2019 and 23.02.2021 issued by the Respondent in respect of FL-II Vendors License. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the present proceedings, the Petitioner also made an Application dated 08.02.2021 to Respondent No.1 regarding grant of permission for sale of liquor in the temporary shed at the same place in view of demolition of the building of M/s. Heeta Wines, Form FL II Sr.No.168 and Form CL FL TOD iii Sr.No.88 at CTS No.194 and 194/1, Vyas Building, Hindu Friend Society Road, Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai.

8.794.21-wp.odt The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said Application is pending for hearing and final disposal on merits. She submits that considering the present COVID19 position and as the business of the Petitioner is closed, the concerned Authority may be directed to decide their Application as early as possible on merits, after hearing both the parties.
The learned AGP seeks six weeks' time to decide the said Application after hearing the parties on merits. In view of these facts, the following order is passed: a.
The Respondent to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 08.02.2021 (Exhibit-D, page 76 to the Writ Petition), as early as possible, after hearing both sides, on its own merits, in any case, on or before 21.08.2021 and communicate the decision to the Petitioner, in writing.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. c.
Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. d.
No order as to costs.
