This notice of motion is taken out for restoration of the contempt petition, which is dismissed for default. There is a short delay in taking out the notice of motion. The delay is, however, explained in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the contempt petition is restored to file after recalling the order of dismissal dated 17 February 2017. It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that orders are claimed in the present petition only against Defendant No.106 and no one else. Defendant No.106 1 / 2
