This application is to dispense with the Requisition No.11 raised by the office of the Registrar/Prothonotary and Senior Master requiring the petition to give full inventory of the contents of Locker No.78 with Canara Bank, Royapethah Branch, 3rd Street, Chennai - 600 014. I have considered the affidavit in support with the assistance of the counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the petitioner has paid the maximum Court fees of Rs.75,000/- the need to disclose the contents of the locker is dispensed with. At the same time, opening of the locker and/or taking inventory of the contents can be only in the presence of an officer of this Court and is subject to the further orders of this Court. The chamber summons accordingly disposed.
