Learned Counsel for parties tender consent terms duly signed by the parties through themselves / their authorized representatives and also their Advocates. Learned Counsel seek Leave under Clause 14 of the Letters Patent and decree in terms of the consent terms. Learned Advocate for the Defendants undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a period of one week from today. Defendant No.2, who is the sole proprietor of Defendant No.1, is present in person in the Court today. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. Leave is granted under Clause 14 of the Letters Patent as prayed. The suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules. As the suit is disposed of, nothing survives in the Notice of Motion and the same is disposed of accordingly.
