Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to the case of the petitioner, work order was issued pertaining to a specific property but the fourth respondent has carried out work on a property which is not the subject matter of the work order.
Considering the controversy involved, the decision of this petition will involve several disputed questions of facts which can be properly adjudicated upon in a civil suit. We, therefore dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to adopt a civil suit in accordance with law.
