The winding up order earlier passed on 27 November 2014 has been recalled and set aside by a later order passed by this court on 17 August 2015. There is no winding up order, in the premises, operating against the company nor is the liquidator appointed as a provisional liquidator of the company. In the premises, there is no need for leave under Section 446. The applications are dismissed.
