The matters from Sr.Nos. 928 to 946 have been assigned to this Court as group. They all pertain to the salt department and salt panel. The proceedings are of various types including Writs, Suits, Land Acquisition References and Appeals. I am unable to take several of the Writ Petitions, as I have appeared for the Petitioners in those matters. I am also unable to take another group of Writ Petitions for personal reasons. I do not think it is possible to separate individual of matters from the group. For these reasons, the entire group is not to be placed before me. Parties including Union of India are at liberty to obtain appropriate directions on the administrative side.
