By consent heard the learned Counsel for the parties on the question of grant of interim reliefs. The Petitioner by way of an interim orders seeks a direction to the Respondents-college No. 1 and 2 to admit the Petitioner's minor son to 12th standard without furnishing the Aadhar Card of the Petitioner's son or the Petitioner and his wife.

When the matter was heard yesterday, we had given a suggestion to the Petitioner that if the Petitioner is willing to submit the Aadhar Card, we would consider issuing direction to the Respondents to grant admission to the Petitioner and grant him certain time for submitting the Aadhar Card to the college.

However, when the matter is listed today, Mr. Desai, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that his client is not willing to obtain Aadhar Card. We fail to understand the instance of not obtaining the Aadhar Card. It appears that the Petitioner is adamant and wants to take a stand only for the 2/3

purpose of adamancy.
