Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Interim Application, Administrator/s of Meghji Building Tenants Co-operative Housing Limited seeks extension of time to conduct election of the said society and declare results thereafter as per the earlier order passed by this Court. 3.

As per earlier order passed by this Court, the applicant/The Administrator/s of Meghji Building Tenants Co-operative Housing Society Limited filed their additional affidavit in support of the application dated 9th July, 2021. In paragraph 6, he has given programme for holding election. That programme shows that he will start process from 14th July, 2021 and will declare the results on 14th August, 2021. Thereafter, as the matter was not shown on board, order remained to be passed.

Learned A.G.P appearing on behalf of applicant submits that within one month from today, they will complete the election process and declare the results. Statement is accepted. 5.

In view of these facts, by consent of the parties, following order is passed;

: O R D E R :

(a) The applicant to conduct election of the Meghji Building Tenants Co-operative Housing Society Limited immediately and declare the results on or before 8th October, 2021; (b) Application stands disposed of accordingly; (c) No order as to costs.
