At the outset the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 has pointed out that the similar prayer has been refused by the Division Bench of this Court on 21st December, 2015 in the Writ Petition No. 82 of 2014 filed by the Petitioner himself. 2.

Having gone through the said order as also the relief claimed in this Petition, we find that the contentions raised by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 4 is correct. In the circumstances, we dismiss the Petition for the reasons stated in the order dated 21st December, 2015 in the case of Anil Kumar Poddar vs. Vishal Parekar 1/2
