Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the defendants are not served. It is not possible for them to effect the service on them. She submits that she received instructions from their client to withdraw the Chamber Summons with liberty to file afresh, if they get present correct address of the defendants. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Chamber Summons stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as and when they get the present correct address of the defendants, for the same cause of action, subject to limitation. No order as to costs.
