The Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Bank on instructions, states that no coercive steps would be taken for reinforcing recovery of the possession of the secured assets for a period of two weeks from today. Statement made is accepted. The Petitioner may avail the alternate remedy as available in law namely for redressal of his grievance. The Appellate Forum may deal with the request of the Petitioner for grant of protection in accordance with provisions of law.
