1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner tendered draft of the Judge's order along with joint affidavit of the petitioners dated 30.11.2023 namely Vijaya, Grihalaxmi, Rohini and Rashmi, copy of grant issued on 16.06.2023, copy of the registered Deed of Release, dated 28.11.2023 and consent of Bharat. 2.

The petitioners No.1 to 4 are willing to take out the Judge's Order to release their share in the name of the petitioner No.5. Hence, they have filed joint affidavit. Hence, it is necessary to see that the title is proper, because the petitioner No.5, who joined the petition is not taking out the Judge's Order. Hence, the petitioners to ensure that the Title of the Judges' Order is proper. Office to verify the same. 3.

Petitioner to produce letter issued by the MHADA in respect of the transfer of the premises in the names of administrators and mention this fact in the draft of the Judge's order. Furthermore, the petitioners No. 1 to 4 shall mention about the consideration for the transaction (i.e. with consideration or without consideration). Furthermore, petitioner to verify that title is proper.
