The Miscellaneous Petition will not survive. The minor in question, Laukik Charudatta Pednekar was born on 24th April 1982. He has affirmed an Affidavit dated 24th March 2005 in Judge's Order No. 57 of 2005. The Judge's Order was disposed of on 4th April 2005. All that remained to be done was to direct that the Miscellaneous Petition was also accordingly disposed of. That is not done. The Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of in these terms. (G. S.
