Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that all the amounts owed by the principal debtor to the Plaintiff have been duly paid, save and except the interest aggregating to Rs.25,000/-. Since in substance the dues are paid, learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit against the State Government, which is a guarantor for this debt. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules.
