These two chamber summons have been taken out by the official liquidator of the petitioner company to seek leave to amend the two petitions in terms of the schedule annexed thereto i.e. by substituting the official liquidator of the petitioner's company as a party in place of the petitioner and to make consequential amendment in the body of the Uday S. Jagtap

Mr. Malhotra, learned Counsel appearing for the Revenue states that he has no objection to the amendment being allowed. 3.
Both the Chamber Summons are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
