There was an ad-interim order dated 12th April 2016. The Petition has since been served. In that ad-interim order, I have noted that there was a prima facie case made out inter alia because documents that appeared to be fraudulent were placed before the Court and on which basis the Court granted Letters of Administration.

For the reasons stated in the ad-interim order dated 12th April 2016, the present Notice of Motion No. 92 of 2016 is made 30th September 2016

41-NMT92-16.DOC absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Respondent will deposit the original Letters of Administration granted on 30th September 2014 in Testamentary Petition No. 691 of 2014 in this Court on or before 21st October 2016.

List the matter for compliance on 25th October 2016 along with Miscellaneous Petition No. 31 of 2016 for hearing. 4.
