Heard Ms.Mehta and also considered the affidavit-insupport. Mr.Satiya for defendant nos.1 to 3 strongly opposes and submits that if Court is inclined to allow the application, then cost should be imposed on applicant.

The reasons given could be found from paragraph no.4 onwards. In view of the reasons given, I am not inclined to impose cost. Therefore, Notice of Motion allowed in terms of prayer KJ

All office objections in respect of both the Notices of Motion to be removed by applicant within two weeks and get the same numbered, failing which both the Notices of Motion stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and the number to be informed to defendants.
No order as to costs. Once the Notice of Motion numbered, the same be listed for hearing in due course. NOTICE OF MOTION (L) NO.2658 OF 2018 3.
Affidavit-in-reply to be filed within 3 weeks. Rejoinder if any, to be filed within 2 weeks thereafter. Notice of Motion to be placed for hearing in due course.
