The President of the petitioner trust in person has sent letter dated 7 July 2015 making the following request : "

In the light of above kindly allow me to withdraw the Review Petition No.20 of 2013 filed by me to be fought by me in person on behalf of the NGO and me. Alternatively, if not allowed me to withdraw, the matter may please be kept on board for hearing and deciding after 15.09.2015 as I will be leaving shortly for Paris to my son for family function and will be back in first week of September 2015."

In view of the above request, it seems that the petitioners are not keen to prosecute this petition. Otherwise also, we do not find any ground for review of our judgment dated 9 April 2013.
