for identification. The Consent Minutes of Order are signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Petitioners - Mr. Sukhbir Singh, Respondent No.1 in Arbitration Petition (L) Nos.342, 343, 344, 346, 347, 356, 358, 359, 360 and 361 of 2018 and Respondent No.2 in Arbitration Petition (L) Nos.345, 348, 349, 350, 351, 352, 353, 354, 355, and 357 of 2018; Mr. Sukhraj Singh, Respondent No.1 in Arbitration Petition (L) Nos. 345, 348, 349, 350, 351, 352, 353, 354, 355, and 357 of 2018 and Respondent No.2 in Arbitration Petition Nos.342, 343, 344, 346, 347, 356, 358, 359, 360 and 361 of 2018; Respondent No.3 and the Advocate for the Petitioners. Since it is difficult for the Respondents to come all the way from Bhatinda to Mumbai, the Respondents have not remained present in Court and have informed the Petitioners that they may tender 4/5

the Consent Minutes of Order in Court and obtain orders from this Court. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Minutes of Order are accepted. The above Arbitration Petitions are accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes of Order, marked 'X'

A copy of this order shall be served on the Respondents by hand delivery. The Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhatinda, Punjab, shall assist the Petitioner in serving copies of this order along with photocopy of the Consent Minutes of Order on Mr. Sukhbir Singh and Mr. Sukhraj Singh and obtain their acknowledgments.
