The reason it is sought, could be found in paragraph-2 of the affidavit of support i.e., for the purpose of filing written statement. Counsel for plaintiffs states that inspection has already been given and in any event, written statement is already filed. In my view, therefore, the Chamber summons does not survive and disposed accordingly.
