By this Application, the Applicant seeks the following reliefs : "(a) Leave be granted to the Applicant to take out the present Company Application ;

(b) The Respondent Company be ordered and directed to pay the sum of Rs.70,01,414/- to the Applicant".

The Respondent Company is wound up by an order passed by this Court dated 20th February, 2015. In view thereof, the Applicant shall

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the claim from the Applicant.

Any delay in filing the claims stands condoned. 5.
