Heard. The learned counsel for the claimant submits that she received instructions from her client to make appropriate application for transfer of decree to the City Civil Court at Bangalore. She submits that the claimant seeks four weeks time to file an appropriate application. Time is granted. 2.

If such an application is made within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to take appropriate steps for transfer of the decree to the concerned court.

In view of these facts, nothing survives in the Chamber Summons. Same stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
