When this matter is called out, the parties have informed me that the disputes in the above Summary Suit are settled as recorded in the Consent Terms dated 17th September, 2020. The Consent Terms are signed by the Plaintiff as well as Defendant Nos. 1 to 3. Their respective advocates have also signed the Consent Terms. The advocates have stated that the parties have read and understood the Consent Terms as well as the implications thereof. The advocates have also identifed the signatures of their respective clients.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 17th September, 2020 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.

Refund of court fees, if any, as per Rules.

Considering that the above Summary Suit is itself disposed of, nothing survives in Summons for Judgment No.78 of 2019 and the same is disposed of accordingly.
