None appears for the Petitioner. Now what binds the authorities concerned are the directions issued by this Court in Appellate Side PIL No.173 of 2010 as regards the erection of pandals/ temporary booths for religious festivals. The directions have been also issued in the said PIL for implementation of the Rules governing noise pollution. In view of the said orders in PIL 173 of 2010, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of. Rule is disposed of accordingly with no order as to cost. Notice of Motion No.406 of 2004 also stands disposed of.
