The Foreign Adoption Petition proposes the adoption by two Italian nationals, Sandro Polo and Francesca Peresson, of a male minor, Nishant, who was born on 6th February 2016 and has been declared legally free for adoption.

The child care plan is tendered by Mr Kapoor, and it is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. The child care plan is in order as are the other documents annexed to the Petition, including the home study report, health reports, financial documents and the reports by the social workers. 4th April 2018
