By this contempt Petition, Petitioner allege that the Respondents failed and neglected to comply the judgment and order dated 11.12.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3046 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation submits that during the pendency of the Contempt Petition, they already complied with the order passed by this Court granting promotion to the Petitioner. In view of subsequent development, we do not fnd any reason to entertain the Mohite 1/2

Hence, Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
