There was an ad-interim order dated 22nd April 2014 (Mr. Justice S.J. Kathawalla). The Defendants were thereafter served. On 2nd May 2014, leave under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent was granted and further ad-interim relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Notice of Motion. These orders have continued till date.

Despite service, none appear for the Defendants. There is no vakalatnama filed by the Defendants. There is no Affidavit in Reply. 4.

The Notice of Motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
