Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners/Creditors. By this Petition the Petitioners are seeking leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent to file the accompanying plaint against the Defendants in this Court. It is stated in the Petition that the cause of action has arisen in Navi Mumbai where the Petitioners office is situated and where the e-mail had been sent by Respondent No.5 dated 25.01.2018 terminating the business arrangement with the Petitioners. Petitioners are aggrieved by the termination of the business arrangement and have thus filed the Suit. Waghmare 1/2

903.LPETN.98.19..doc Since the e-mail terminating the business arrangement with the Petitioners was sent by Respondent No.5 to the Petitioners whose office is in Mumbai, I am satisfied that a part of the cause of action has a reason within jurisdiction of this Court and hence, allow this Petition by granting prayer clause (a).
