The Indian Adoption Petition proposes the adoption of a male minor, Rudrajit, who was born on 26th August 2017 and has been declared legally free for adoption. The proposed adoptive parents are from West Bengal.

The documents annexed to the Petition are in order, including the home study report, the child care arrangement plan, health reports, financial documents and the reports by the social workers.

I have seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare which is on record.

Having regard to the financial situation of the adoptive parents, the investment requirement is fixed at Rs.50,000/-. 5.

The Petition is allowed. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
