Learned counsel for the intervenor states that he is the owner of the property and he has filed suit regarding ownership of the property against his relatives which is pending before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that the application for regularization of the structure has been rejected by the Corporation. 4.

In view of the above facts, we are not inclined to interfere. The questions which are raised in this petition requires detail investigation by leading evidence. Parties may resort to avail appropriate remedy. Petition is disposed of. [ R.G. KETKAR, J ] [ ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ]
