By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 23 days in filing arbitration petition. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondent though served in the month of April 2014.

For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer (a). Delay of 23 days in filing arbitration petition is condoned. No order as to costs. 3.

Office is directed to place the arbitration petition on board for admission on 5th May, 2015.

Petitioner is directed to remove all office objections before the next date failing which petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
