By consent of parties, issue no.1 framed by this court on 28th February,2017 is re-framed as under :- 1) Whether the plaintiff proves that the alleged last Will and Testament dated 17th January,2002 of the deceased late Kanaiyalal Bhansali is the last Will and Testament of the said deceased and was validly executed in accordance with law ? 2.

Issue nos. 2 and 3 would remain the same.

Chamber Summons No.77 of 2017 is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
