Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the names of the legal heirs of the petitioner inadvertently remained to be typed in the cause title of the petition. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the name of the legal heirs of the petitioner. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ Petition is disposed of as such.
