After arguing for some time, petitioner who appears in person, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to renew his application for urgent hearing of the cases mentioned at pages 3 to 5 in the writ petition before the concerned Courts. With the aforesaid liberty , petition is allowed to be withdrawn. 2.

We make it clear that in case such application for urgent hearing is submitted by the petitioner, the appropriate court is free to decide the same in accordance with law.
