Shri Chitnis further states that the company has handed over a Pay Order of Rs.34 lakhs to petitioner and Shri Jagtiani appearing for petitioner confirms having received the same. Shri Chitnis, on instructions, from Shri Vijay S. Khetan and Ms.Meena V. Khetan, Directors of respondent company, further states that the company will co-operate in the arbitral proceedings. Undertaking accepted.
