The above Judges Order has been filed by the applicant inter alia seeking a direction to the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay to hand over to the applicant the amount of Rs.5,79,443/- lying with Dena Bank, Marine Lines Branch and Rs.2,507/- lying with Union Bank of India, Home Street Branch as shown in the Certificate of Balance issued by the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay bearing No. A Sr. No. 4365 dated 24th January, 2019, Cause No. 14654, Ledger No.44 with accretion of interest, if any, thereon. The Judges Order has been filed in view of the fact that in the above Miscellaneous Petition filed by the father of the applicant Pg 1 of 2

903.jo.87.2019.doc an order was passed on 30th November, 2001 under which the purchaser of the property was directed to deposit the aforesaid amount with the Accounts Officer of this Court to the credit of the applicant and who was a minor at the said time. Now the applicant has attain majority as on 3rd November, 2018 and hence the present Judges Order.

On going through the Judges Order and the affidavit in support thereof filed jointly by the applicant as well as the petitioner (father of the applicant), I do not find any impediment in granting the reliefs sought in the Judges Order.
